已練習近3個月的慢跑,
最近決心參加10k的動物園路跑賽,
第一次參賽,報名後發現,路途不是普通的艱難!
場勘後更發現是超級無敵陡的山路。
想請問有經驗的人,平日在跑步機上如何練習?
坡度設定要調到多少較符合當地地形?
目前練習設定是一開始以坡度2%,到2k後,坡度慢慢升到5%,
5k後把坡度慢慢降至0%
另外,還想請教,路跑當日早餐吃什麼為宜?
不易漲氣又不會挨餓的東西?!
