官網這禮拜稍早有教授的online webchat, Gunnerblog把對話都記了下來,
官網似乎打算把回答內容拆成不同新聞放在官網上。

Which player do you most regret not signing?
後悔沒簽誰？

Well there are many… many many many. We spoke about Ronaldo who nearly
signed here… Ribery, Makelele… Because the number of top players is
restricted, you know them, and in the end it’s always down to ‘are you
first?’, ‘are you spending a little bit less money?’, and we lost a few
cases with Chelsea because at that time they were very very rich. And as
well there are some players we missed because we had some doubts about them.

除了CR，還有Ribery跟Makelele[其實還有Zlatan, Eto'o...]，通通都是資金不夠。

Ronaldo is a massive one, but we don’t feel guilty about that, because we
did our job very well: we were on the case, very close, we were the first and
in the end Man United had an agreement with Sporting Lisbon because they had
a partnership.

How do you compare this team with the team that won the league in 2004?
現有球隊跟不敗賽季比較？

That team in 2004 was of course special, but funnily I believe that this team
is not very far, and can get there as much as the team in 2004. That’s the
question you want to answer in the next month - not only to show that we have
potential, but show that we can respond to the expectation level for our fans
- I believe we can. But at the moment my regret is that we swim a little
against the stream because we do not feel that around the team there is the
same belief as we have inside. We can understand that, we can take that on
board, because we lost some games we should not have lost. But we have a few
months in front of us to show that we are right to believe in our strengths
and that we can be compared to the teams of such quality in 2004 and maybe
even aim to be stronger.

The belief I have in this team is not shared by the immediate people who love
this club. That’s why I work very hard to convince everybody that we have
the ambition, the motivation and the quality to achieve that.

本賽季阿森納的表現難盡人意，進入聖誕賽程前就已五度告負，眼見轉會窗口即將開啟，
主帥溫格承認或將通過引援來增強槍手的實力和陣容厚度。雖然外界轉會謠言不斷，但教
授卻坦承目前尚無理想的引援目標，如果覓不到可明顯增強球隊實力的球員，他的重點將
仍放在培養年輕球員身上。

「我不能保證會有引援，但現在誰也說不準。」溫格在接受阿森納網絡電視台採訪時說道
，「（引援）是可行的，有時候一名新球員會給球隊帶來額外的信心。如果能有轉會帶
來奇效，我們會毫不猶豫地出手，但目前為止我只能坦白說，還沒有任何能夠征服我們
的球員出現。」

「目前來說，我更熱衷於鍛造現有的這套陣容，看看我們的球員，大多數都還不滿21歲，
他們有著巨大的潛力可以挖掘。」溫格對此繼續說道，「這是我們一貫奉行的政策，當
球隊戰績不佳時，買人並不總是解決問題的辦法，這會毀掉我們迄今打造出的球隊。」

溫格熱衷於培養的這撥潛力新秀中，16歲的本土超新星威爾謝爾無疑是最值得期待的一個
。根據教授的培養模式，沃爾科特已經接過亨利戰袍，貝拉則被視為下一個「禁區靈狐」
愛德華多，威爾謝爾同樣有前輩作為模板——溫格已經將愛將視作冰王子博格坎普的接班
人。

「我認為他會成為一名中場球員，就像博格坎普那樣埋伏在前鋒身後。」溫格對此說道。

「我相信他具備了極強的滲透能力，而這孩子才16歲，已經有著驚人的力量，再給四年的
話他會更強壯。他能夠送出致命的傳球，也具備了得分能力，他也是個充滿激情和決心

的比賽中上演歐冠處子秀，並以16歲329天的年齡成為阿森納歐戰史上最年輕的球員。

不過溫格仍呼籲外界不要給威爾謝爾太多的壓力，畢竟出身於赫特福德郡的年輕中場新年
才將年滿17歲。教授希望威爾謝爾能夠效仿同樣成名較早的沃爾科特，能夠頂住外界的巨
大質疑和壓力最終成才。

「我不想因為對傑克（威爾謝爾）期望太高就對他施加太多壓力。」溫格繼續說道，「這
是那些才華橫溢的年輕球員必需面對的問題之一，沃爾科特也有過這樣的經歷。一開始
外界很熱衷於這樣的球員，之後突然人們就會說『噢，他沒有我們想像得那麼厲害』，
然後開始質疑球員。」

「這確實很難應對，西奧（沃爾科特）在這方面做得很好，我相信我們也能夠幫助威爾謝
爾處理好這一問題。」溫格最後說道。

Would you rather win the league of the Champions League?
聯賽跟冠軍盃哪個重要？

It’s difficult to choose. very difficult to choose. We want to win one of
the two, no matter which it is.

溫組長眉頭一皺: 實在ＴＭＤ的太難選了，反正我們想贏其中一樣，什麼都好。

Can Abou Diaby claim a spot in central midfield? How do you develop that in him?
阿比要求踢CM嗎？你是怎麼培養這傻子的 ?

Yes. He has all the ingredients; physical, technical - but at the moment,
not tactical. I believe in his mind he is more an offensive player, not a
defensive player. And that technical defensive awareness is more in
Denilson, say, or Song at the moment. Diaby is more interested in going
forward and making a difference going forward… but we try to develop that in
him and he has the ingredients to become a central midfielder.

By working on it, he’s conscious of that… but I believe also you have to
choose a position for a player where he feels completely comfortable and is
suited to his psychological profile… and if you place somebody against his
deep desire, he can never be completely himself.

是的，他擁有成為正中場的一切要素，一流身材~有，三流技術~有。但是現在，他拙於戰
術上的認知。

阿比更偏向進攻，並非單純的防守球員，現階段Denilson跟Song的防守稍好一些(沒魚蝦也
好？)，他更多傾向往前進攻。總之我們會"盡量"培養他成為CM。

教授認為幫球員挑位置的時候，要盡量處在球員角度著想安排，所以依照阿比的內心世界
來看，到處客串才能讓他蘇胡的發揮XD。如果球員不酥湖，就會發揮不佳。
(原來阿比現在踢的很蘇福...WTF，我廠其他邊路CM正在角落哭泣。)

Who is the most improved player this season?
目前為止誰進步最多？

Maybe Song… Song and Djourou are at level that was not completely expected
by everybody… Denilson as well… of course it’s always younger players, but
they have made a big step forward.

應該是宇宙蓋每送....其實蓋每送跟小新原本不受眾人期待，Denison好點，我相信這些年
輕人的一小步，就是槍迷的一大吐。(握拳~)
