改善小腿緊繃程度 - 路跑 Road Running

在這個版潛水超級久了,
每次看到前輩分享的好文還有心得都覺得受益良多,
然後最近因為小腿出了一點狀況
所以來尋求各個大大的幫忙;
先小小自介一下,
原po女 24歲,目前全職考生;
大學練校女籃、參加一年「假」田徑隊,
大學畢業後開始轉跑道愛上跑步,
專注在跑步約莫這半年的事情
練過兩次自主半馬、兩次路跑半馬
4月跑量200k 5月到目前110k
四月nike初半馬成績1h56mins
五月puma螢光半馬成績2h7mins;
我幾乎每天都跑,
最少5公里、一個禮拜約2次LSD13-15km,
練跑前做10分鐘暖身拉筋、
跑後約10-15分鐘收操;
自己感覺腳出現問題大概五月左右,
覺得腳一直抬不起來、小腿非常緊繃酸痛、速度也衝不出來,
後來上禮拜跑puma一起跑整個就超想死的,雖然最後還是跑完了,
但第6-9km時腳整個麻掉而且後來還差點抽筋只好停下來走;
但我四月跑nike的時候卻沒這個問題,
反思我過去練習還有爬文的結果,
感覺是因為自己太在意速度跟跑量、還有姿勢不正確,
導致小腿肌太發達然後臀肌跟大腿肌變的沒力氣,
所以都靠小腿用力然後跑的很ㄍㄧㄥ

今天我以前的教練看到我,
就說我的小腿也變得太發達
我自己其實前陣子也很有感覺嗚嗚,
而且這幾天練跑狀況一直很差,1
1-2公里就整個小腿超級緊繃,
可是我以前可是可以連跑10km五分速啊!
心裡覺得練跑練這麼多卻越來越退步很不甘心,
現在只好抬著腿尋求各位前輩的建議,
希望可以趕快改善這個大困擾;
