收尾骨? - 瑜珈 Yoga

今天去上瑜珈時老師一直強調要"收尾骨"
然後中間老師也來調整了兩次我的姿勢
休息時老師也跟我說我的尾骨要多收一點
老師來幫我調整的時候就是把小腹&尾椎的部分壓進去一點
所以整個人看起來更挺
可是後來我覺得我有收的時候老師還是來調整了一次
所以想請問一下,到底要怎樣才算真正的收尾骨?
