做完隔天痠痛,拉近做的頻率會有效嗎? - 瑜珈 Yoga

我是每周四晚上上YOGA課
周五早上都會痠痛
通常最痠痛是 胸部上面 肩膀下面那邊
私心猜想 或許也對提拉胸部肌肉防下垂有用吧 所以也不會很排斥這痠痛
只是想請問 如果我把做YOGA的頻率拉近
比如一周兩次
就會改善嗎?
有人有相同經驗嗎?
可惜YOGA老師說要停課三周 我又要找新場地了
