拿小浮板練打水 - 游泳討論

以前在練打水都是用大浮板,手靠在浮板上,
鼻子全程露出水面呼吸,腳就順順、慢慢的踢,大
概一次踢500m不休息。
今天拿了一個小的浮板(長度不到30cm),小浮
板體積小,浮力小了很多,很難全程都把鼻子露出
水面,鼻子常會泡入水中,每次想呼吸時,還要把
頭抬出水面,有點麻煩,這一點是不是我還不熟悉
或者是技術還未到位,所以無法讓鼻子一直在水面
上??
另一點比較不習慣的是,踢水的時候不自覺就
會想踢大力一點,或加快頻率,害怕速度慢一點腳
會沉入池中無法貼近水面,可是常常不到50m,就氣
喘如牛了。
看了一下版上以前討論的文章,有說到大、小浮
板練到的技巧不同(我無法體會耶??),不知道是哪
些方面不同,板友能不能分享一下。
我的問題大概就是,如果我要練到可以全程鼻子
在水面上呼吸,不知道有什麼技巧??用小浮板如何
悠閒的踢水??
我拿浮板時不太喜歡把頭埋到水中,換氣時再抬
頭,抬頭時腳會有一點下沉,實在不是很喜歡。
