長泳對身體的影響? - 游泳討論

之前就會固定游泳 游了快五年多(蛙式+自由式) 大約一周1-2公里左右
這兩三個月開始規律長泳(自由式居多) 大約每周兩次 一次2-3公里不等
最近一個月有刻意加長游泳距離 大概都是3KM起跳
發現身體有些變化
例如 1每次沒有游3公里以上 就覺得沒運動到
2背部 腹部肌肉變結實
3精神變好
但.....比較讓我擔心的是
1 MC前後有暈眩狀況 平時不會(之前不太會暈眩 最近一兩個月開始)
2 MC血塊變多 變大 (已問過婦科醫師 但婦科醫師說沒有關係)
只是 最近上述這兩個情況有越來越嚴重的狀況
雖然看過醫師 還是有點擔心
不知道版上有其他的水水們 也有一樣的情形嗎?
