我最近在減肥今天是第十五天可是好像一開始有減了2公斤但之後就一直沒進展了我減肥的方式:早上起來先喝1000cc的開水然後吃地瓜或蘋果然後跳繩一千下中午吃燙青菜或正常吃下午如果餓了就吃蘋果晚上六點後就不進食睡前會搖十分鐘的呼拉圈跟六十下的仰臥起坐請我我這樣的減肥方式正確嗎?為什��
