以最近的一次來說
跑 9.6 km,耗時 56:20,每公里平均耗時 5:52,消耗卡路里 931 大卡
我已經開始慢跑一年多了,從一開始的 4k 跑完痛好幾天
到現在跑完 10 k 隔天沒感覺 ..
但不知道是不是我的體重太重,距離拉長且連續幾天跑的話
膝蓋就會不太舒服 ...
BTW 我有扁平足,是可以當替代役那種
而體重問題,我跑了一年多,體重幾乎都沒變
可能是因為本身屬於壯碩型
體脂本就不高,蠻多肌肉的
似乎很少看到像我這種體型的人這樣跑 ..
請教這樣的狀況有什麼好建議嗎?
除了跑步,我還會打籃球,騎車,爬山 .. \
