在家裡原地慢跑能瘦全身的贅肉嗎?每天早上跑、跑15分鐘、慢慢瘦沒關係?1個月能瘦1~2公斤就好!目標是從65變60公斤就好!所以別推薦用瘦身霜那些、沒錢買。想靠運動來瘦。有什麼其他運動能瘦全身肥肉的?上課或上班坐者的時候有什麼方法能瘦?骨架大,小腿在瘦也會比骨架小的人大一點?另外飲食方面��
