熱身不足我想佔了很大的因素,再加上您踢水時,是否一直死命的踢,
以前都沒有這樣踢水訓練,突然就這樣死命的踢3~400M,我想你這樣不抽筋應該也很難
解決的方法就是1.熱身足一點。2.肌耐力再加強,不要一次就要死命踢個幾百公尺,
適當的暫停休息,我想應該就不太會抽筋了!!
