我已經跑了2~3年了
跑量大概每週20~25公里(30minX 4~5次, 時速就9.5~10.5km)
自認為跑步大大強化了心肺功能和免疫力, 無法停跑,
(我曾經因為空汙停了一周, 感覺整個練出來的有氧能力消失了一半)
最近感覺右踝外側有點微痛
有沒有人推薦跑步能用的護踝???
