「當然肉體上非常辛苦,有時也會面對精神快氣餒的局面。不過所謂「苦」,對這種
運動來說,就像前提條件一般。如果和痛苦無關的話,到底有誰會特地來挑戰鐵人
三項或全程馬拉松這種費時又費事的運動呢?正因為苦,正因為自己甘願通過那樣
的苦,至少在那過程中,我們才能找到一些自己正活著的確實感觸。」

賽前做了很多心理準備,諸如「全馬絕對不是半馬的兩倍那麼簡單」、「30K以後比賽
才開始」一直深植在腦海。
賽前的練習也盡量規律化,五天固定練兩到三次,放假日就是一趟長距離(21K以上),
練到賽前一個月,21K的最佳成績是1hr49min,30K的成績是2hr50min。月跑量大約150K
左右。
比賽一鳴槍起跑,走路走了五分鐘才過起跑線,一路上很努力的壓抑自己的情緒,不要
讓情緒帶著速度走,一直告訴自己這只是在熱身。
14K,和領先的肯亞選手群交錯而過,第一次那麼近距離看世界級的選手跑馬拉松,震
撼是無法言喻的,步伐之大,身體動作之流暢,仿佛就像一頭獵豹從你身旁跑過一樣
21K石門國中前折返,時間1hr57min,仍感覺體能充裕,畢竟到目前為止的強度都比平常
練習低,心跳也維持在155bpm左右低檔,腳不太酸,默默告訴自己:「暖身結束了!」
30K,跑步以來最長的練習距離,時間來到2hr47min,比練習快了三分鐘,此後的每一步
都是新里程碑,身體也開始感覺疲憊了,但就像村上春樹說的,不痛苦怎麼算是一場馬
拉松呢?更何況只是感覺到疲憊而已。
「還沒到痛苦的地步呢!比賽正式開始了!」,我一直努力地對自己做心理建設。
帶著漸漸疲憊的身體,也帶著希望見識到痛苦可以如何折磨我的期待,配速漸漸在預期
中下降,一直來到35K,這5K的均速大約是5:45。
第36K開始,右小腿明顯有即將抽筋的預感,不想停下來,因為我已經堅持到連續36K
沒有停下來了(進補給站都是稍微降速拿了就繼續跑,邊跑邊吃喝),我不想因為這種小
事就停下來。調整了跑姿,原本前腳掌著地的跑姿換成全腳掌著地,讓右小腿維持腳掌
稍微往上勾的姿勢防止抽筋,繼續跑。但從這裡開始速度掉到6:10左右。
40K,真正的痛苦到來,ㄍㄧㄥ了4公里多的小腿已經沒有抽筋的感覺,換來的是「痛」
,怪異的跑姿看來已經讓右小腿肌肉拉傷了,為了減緩小腿的疼痛,我試著抬高大腿跑
,希望用大腿的力量去減少小腿的受力讓疼痛減緩,但這麼做卻是加倍痛苦的開始,因
為換來的是兩腳大腿同時抽筋,我沒辦法跑只好停下來走,一停下來走卻抽得夠厲害,
別說跑或走,我連移動的能力都沒有,只能蹲下來,讓兩腳大腿得到舒緩。
一路或蹲或走,撐過了第40K。
41K,大腿抽筋稍有減緩,繼續跑起來,小腿依然劇痛,這一公里跑了6:55
42K,大腿又抽筋,蹲下,眼眶有點濕,有點鼻酸,很不甘心,終點就在眼前,我卻連
動都動不了。蹲了兩分多鐘,站起來抹一抹臉,繼續走,總得想辦法過終點,是吧
走著走著,看到隧道出口的亮光,終點就在前方,我知道我的家人就在終點等我,
不知道哪裡來的力量,我又跑起來了,一口氣衝過終點線。
