如果現在的我,還沒有餘力餘錢去健身房消除肥肉,練出肌肉。那在家做以下的運動,是否可以達到瘦肥肉(肚子、胸部......)而且還可以讓手、腳的力氣變大?1.仰臥起坐2.爬山3.伏地挺身4.交互蹲跳5.練街舞那如果我坐完這幾個運動後,隔天肩膀、手臂、大腿呈現痠痛狀態,還要持之以恆的繼續做?還是停個1~2��
