我健康檢查出來雖然體重是標準值但是!!血壓要<140,我卻145了已經是輕度高血壓了所以上網查了一下大家都說輕度高血壓利用減肥的方法能夠控制所以我想問一下我平常很忙很少有時間運動有沒有伸展操之類的能夠讓我天天輕鬆做還有飲食方面都吃不多但是都吃的很匆忙是不是也要常喝水呢?常常一整
