小弟我目前在清大唸書,在唸書考試之餘蠻愛跑步的,今天期末考週告一段落來發個文,
詢問板上大大、前輩們!
首先,2018/12/30晚安城市台北馬拉松是我人生第一個半馬,先附上弱弱的成績

大會成績1:33:30.32
個人成績1:33:25.90
從小到大沒受過專業體育訓練,只是喜歡運動的孩子,喜歡打籃球、跑步、桌球等等,反
正什麼運動都會碰,也都蠻喜歡的,兩個月前開始認真跑步(但沒有課表什麼的),就每
天跑5-10公里,沒有特別在意配速什麼的,10公里大概41分左右,跑完不會到很喘。但每
天堅持都會跑,不管隔天有什麼考試之類的,心裡莫名的堅持!總之呢,我是一個心理素
質大於體力的人吧,體力沒特別突出,但心理很倔將,總是告訴自己一定要完成目標!
這次跑完,沒有到很不舒服,只是覺得很冷,但是後面真的使不上力,感覺身體還不太適
應,後面比前面慢很多,附上手錶紀錄

前面就跟大群衝了!而且還慢不下來,結果中後段就爆掉了QQ但是我很想要進步,而且自
己是個蠻有紀律的人,平常練跑是一個人到交大操場練跑,也不太知道怎麼練。網路上的
課表很多,不知道自己適合哪一種,所以想請問板上大神們能否給小弟一點建議,一個方
向也可以,我好想進步!寒假打算認真練習一波,再次感謝!!我會很有毅力完成的!
