小弟已經自己練習了好一陣子 幾個月的時間
感覺姿勢上和呼吸調節都不太行
主要以3K為目標
目前自己用APP測試的結果
Nike run club(16:38/17:10/17:30)
Runtastic (18:30/19:15)
懸殊蠻大的
最近一兩個月 天天跑天天練3K
但是只要進入2-4圈區間就很容易喘不過氣
希望可以找到對的方式下去練
能夠在1-2個月期間達成15分鐘的目標
主要找在北高雄的比較方便
