加長練習距離後流汗量爆增 - 路跑 Road Running

今年二月以前,都是想到才跑一下,一週可能就跑一次10K,速度在5:10左右,
但最近報了明年的CT113,想說要認真一點了,就把練習的頻率增加,
每週會用跑步機兩次(80分鐘,速度約5:15)和路跑一到二次(12K,速度4:50),
因為連同游泳與腳踏車的練習量都增加,所以體重有明顯的下降,
從二月的84公斤,到目前已經減了十公斤了,各項目的表現也有明顯提升。
問題來了,以我目前的狀態,未來還要提升跑量是必要也已經做好準備的,
可是不知道為什麼,以前不論冬天或夏天,跑一小時都不會流太多汗,現在只要四十分鐘
,就流到連襪子都濕,跑起來很不舒服,
想請問各位,以上流汗增加的狀況是否有其他原因(減重後改變代謝狀態?)與解決方法
(目前想到把毛巾束在小腿上)
PS.目前跑步的穿著是迪卡儂的單車背心與飄飄褲,積在褲子的汗持續往下流我覺得也是
