慢跑的間隔以及次數 - 運動傷害與保健 Sport injury and Athletic Training

最近開始慢跑
總覺得天天跑體力上會有力不從心的感覺
不知道各位都是多久慢跑一次呢?
或者是有比較好的建議次數及頻率的
上一次跑過一次,總共十圈400m
跑到第七圈的時候改用走了半圈
然後接著跑完剩下的三圈
這是我目前的體力= =
懇請賜教
