慢跑時腹部該稍微緊縮還是放鬆? - 路跑 Road Running

像是肚子有肉肉的人在跑步時,
如果全身放鬆那肉肉就會隨著跑步而晃來晃去.
雖然我不是胖子, 但是因為腸胃好像有些問題所以在跑的時候左下腹會稍微的痛.
痛與跑步速度成正比, 不過通常都是發生在吃完飯還沒完全的消化完時.
所以我在跑步時會稍微的用力量縮腹把腸胃在體內固定,
讓他不會因晃動而讓我感到疼痛.
不過我想知道正常在跑步時,
腹部是稍微緊縮還是放鬆的呢 ?
