慢跑新手目標破二請益 - 路跑 Road Running

看到大家對新手都好有愛我就問了
小弟1976年生 身高174 體重75(三個月前80)
跑齡3個月
過往運動是籃球(一周一次)爬山(一月一次)
6月跑量約20k
7月跑量約107k
8月跑量約95k
8月得了一次a流,爬了一次玉山.玉山里程數約25k
a流前我的跑表預測我的半馬時間約2h15m
感冒好之後體能大幅下降跑錶預測是2h40m
又跑了一周我的跑錶預測回到2h25m
(但流感讓我從78kg掉到74kg.目前回昇到75)
========我的目標是台中城市初半馬可以微笑著破二=========
在流感前完全就是輕鬆跑 大約都是6分速到7分速之間
上周配合自己的生活給自己擬訂了計畫也執行了一周
周一早 10km(跑了1h6m.前7k還輕鬆.後3k會覺得累)
周二早 6km(輕鬆跑.我輕鬆可以講話大約是六分半速)
周三晚 3km(約19m)+全場籃球2h
周四 休
周五午 800間歇(800m4分35秒+緩跑400m4分35秒/跑跑步機1.5%坡/一共六組)
這反而比我想像的輕鬆一些
周六早 5km(輕鬆跑)
周日 休(帶小孩比上班累所以周日休.....)
請教各位學長 有需要調整或是增加的地方嗎?
