慢跑如何從8分速練到五分速 - 路跑 Road Running

各位先進好,
小弟剛退伍時,
都是到健身房報到,
一開始都是跑跑步機,
從5K/25min開始練,
到後來12K/60min,
大概花了快兩年,
之後為了省錢改跑操場,
一開始跑操場很不習慣,
12K/62min,
後來還慢慢退步,
12K/65min。
最遠只有跑過連續16K不休息不喝水,
(第六道跑80圈)
覺得膝蓋撐不住就沒繼續。
後來工作職位調動,
晚上又補密集補習班,
荒廢了快兩年,
今年開始回操場重練,
從一開始6K跑得很辛苦,
到現在已經能跑10K,
可是速度是八分速,
有試過全力跑, 6K/37 min。
最近對於10K要花80min感到倦怠,
不知道怎麼才能加快自己的速度?
持續一直跑?
