近來"姿勢跑法"成為跑者的顯學,
而"姿勢跑法"的基本原則就是強調要用前腳掌著地,
自己利用了YouTube、坊間書籍及網路文章,來揣摩"姿勢跑法",
但一直無法全程均維持前腳掌著地!
而現在穿的Nimbus 15已有磨損,
到鞋店試穿了Under Armour的Gemini跑鞋,
一穿Gemini上試走,我就覺得自己是用前腳掌在著地,
這是Nimbus 15未曾給我的感覺,
仔細看了Gemini的外觀,發現它鞋尖略翹的設計(或者說鞋子中底明顯有高低落差的設計)
,
應該就是讓我不自覺用前腳掌著地的原因,
但由於Gemini不能折扣,
我把鞋還給了店員,或許下個月領薪才會衝動吧,哈哈
請教各位前輩,
這種鞋尖略翹的設計(或者說鞋子中底明顯有高低落差的設計)是否有助於前腳掌著地?
坊間除Under Armour Gemini外,還有什麼鞋款也有類似的設計呢?
(UA不折扣的銷售策略,真的下不了手啊)
