慢跑中途,有必要停下來做個伸展再繼續嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

當跑半馬時,我習慣在10KM左右喝水的同時
做個伸展動作
主要是針對腿部和膝蓋
感覺會讓後面的10KM跑起來比較舒服些
但我似乎很少聽人說要這麼做
請問這種中途短暫暫停(2~3分鐘左右)
是像賽前暖身賽後Cool down般有益
還是根本沒必要?
