想跑半馬的訓練課表該如何設計? - 路跑 Road Running

女性,30出頭有點小小的年紀了
身材是很迷你的哈比族154/42
跑齡一年1多
不過在今年之前大概都維持在一周跑個1-2次,每次30-40分鐘(4-5K)
最遠挑戰過2011年的富邦9K,花了一個小時零四分
跑完有種快往生的FU
今年度訓練量加強,最近已經可以很順利的維持每周跑三次,
每次跑1個小時(9K),隔天腿也不太會痠的程度
四、五月份報了5場10K左右的賽程,希望能順利跑完
(順利的意思是跑完不能有快往生的FU,隔天能正常的上班即可)
如果計畫在11月左右開始挑戰半馬,訓練應該如何加強?
在此先解釋一下,之所以選擇11月份後才挑戰初半馬,是因為本人非常怕熱,
比一般人容易中暑(我今天就覺得熱到不太舒服了......)
所以5-10月份大概只能晚上跑或是在健身房練習
我初半馬的目標是能順利跑完即可,時間上先不要求,如果按照我現在的訓練模式
大概維持多久後要開始拉長訓練時間和距離?
