如題
昨天第一次跑間歇
400x5趟(按手錶上直接跑出來的,應該可調整)

目前每個禮拜20~24K
禮拜二、四-5K
禮拜三-3K
禮拜六-8~10K
禮拜日-3K
10K約55~58分
半馬約2:10分
目標:
10K希望能跑45~50分
半馬破2就好
想詢問以下問題:
1.這樣的間歇跑需改進嗎?
如次數及距離
2.一個禮拜需安排幾次的間歇跑呢?
3.中間的休息是該慢跑還是走路休息呢?
4.第一趟確實用衝的,可是到第四、五趟跑到100
多公尺時,其實就很累,有變慢了。那是不是
這五趟,速度應該要平均一點比較好呢?
