想請問腳後跟的部分 - 羽球

其實我不太確定這個分類是不是正確的
因為小弟上禮拜開始了慢跑
大概每天4km左右
還有做一些大腿和核心肌群的訓練
星期五做完之後
覺得腳後跟有一點緊緊的
可是感覺不明顯
一直到今天
走路都會覺得有一點緊緊的
想問是正常的嘛???
還是有受傷??
