肩膀痛與球拍磅數關係 - 羽球

大家好,小弟我是羽球初學者,
從去年開始打球就買了一隻YY的NS100,
(我當初跟老闆說我是新手,他推薦我用這隻)
線也是上面就綁好了,當時也沒有磅數概念,沒有問幾磅,
就這樣拿著打了好幾個月,也都相安無事,
幾個月以前,跟幾個球友在場邊聊天,
我就順便問了,為什麼我長球可以打遠但殺球沒力,
他們就拿我的拍子去,在拍線上按一按,
說我這個磅數不夠了,叫我拿去重綁,
所以隔天我就拿著拍子,老闆問我要纏幾磅?
我傻眼了完全沒概念,我就跟老闆說我不知道,
老闆就說男孩子綁個23磅差不多,
好吧,那就23磅吧!
拿去打了之後發現殺球真的變比較有力了,
但長球反而打不遠了...
而且23磅的拍子一直用得很不習慣,
打起來很容易震動,反而沒有之前打的順暢...
不過也就這樣又打了一個多月,
突然有天打到一半(正在練習擊球點)肩膀開始痛!
當天打完球就先去拔罐,也就沒事了,
但後來每次打球,大概打幾場,肩膀又會開始痛,
就這樣一直困擾了我好一陣子,
我困擾的點是,
到底是我揮拍的姿勢錯誤? 發力順序錯誤?
但以前都打得好好的,
所以就在想是不是因為我拉了23磅的關係?
我有問了別的球友,但當他們問我前一次是拉幾磅,
我就說我也不知道,那線是拍子上就有的...
所以他們也沒辦法建議我,
我只好來這邊請教各位高手了,
我該怎麼測試我適不適合這個磅數呢?
如果要降磅數,一次又該降多少呢??
我目前的狀況是打不習慣23磅,而且打了肩膀會痛...
