如果每天早餐吃全麥蛋餅皮下鍋煎~~(不加油也不加蛋~~)加上低脂起司一片及苜束芽少許~~這樣是多少熱量午餐吃~~鍋燒麵約兩百五十卡加蛋加上高麗菜少許及半包金針菇~~這樣熱量為多少如果每天都這樣吃兩餐(早餐會加上三百CC無糖豆漿)~~對身體會有負擔嗎??這樣減肥效果好嗎??還需要增加或減少什麼東西
