暑假的時候我的體重從56莫名其妙的瘦到48後來上大學之後飲食過量沒有節制所以半年內復胖現在已經要60了所以我開始節食每天三餐正常但是會控制攝取熱量在1100卡左右只有偶爾因為吃早餐的時間已經近中午了不太餓所以午餐沒有吃晚餐也不吃澱粉類的睡前會做一點運動為什麼一開始我的體重都起起伏
