我每天喝2000CC以上的白開水早上起床一定會喝一杯500CC的溫開水就算等等要上班也一定要喝這杯水還有,我都是在晚上11PM過後才運動耶因為在戶外不大方便所以我在房間邊看電視邊原地跑步我的穿著是:一件長袖+長褲(兩者皆棉質)再+輕便雨衣再+外套(穿在最外面)就這樣原地跑一小時(邊看電視邊跑很讚)跑��
