我現在是國一生,課業壓力+時間很滿幾乎根本沒時間去樓下的健身房運動!!!--Q1:身高161公分配上54公斤算過胖吧?!如果我想瘦到47公斤,這樣算正常嗎??--Q2:可以給我一些讓我能瘦7公斤的正確方式吧:)--Q3:我有大小腿,左小腿13.8cm,右小腿14.5cmQAQ怎樣可以幫我恢復到兩腿平均呢??--Q4:那我的小腿至少要多少cm才算沒
