我從兩個星期前開始把每週的LSD拉到20K.
跑完後,股四頭肌說不痠還真是騙人的.
可是連續這兩次,LSD的第二天還是去跑恢復跑40mins.
老實說,恢復跑跑到後來真的很想死.
不過神奇的是,恢復跑隔天痠痛感幾乎完全消失了.
在此感謝版上高手當時所提供的建議.
真的非常有用.
