我是一個國二的女生,身高大約158,但體重卻快破70!!我想在國三以前受到55公斤,請各位幫幫我!!!我的生活作息大概是這樣的:每天約10~11點睡,6點起床,上下學都是走路,加起來約1小時,早餐沒有不吃,午餐比早餐少一點,晚餐約5點到6點半吃完,也不多,而且我每天都會記錄自己的早、午、晚餐吃什
