怕冷的問題該怎麼解決呢? - 游泳討論

昨天晚上
去室內的游泳池游 (冷水池~溫水池要搶)
下水前吃了許多人參鬚根(本以為能怯寒)
泳池旁放熱水,前兩趟每游一趟就喝一大口熱水(但是這樣很飽)
入水前催眠自己拚了~就跳下水游了11趟(550m)
前兩趟很冷,身體很僵硬
後九趟比較習慣了,但感覺身體還是很僵硬
游完11趟後發現身體異常疲憊(平時可游40~60趟)
想請問版友都怎麼解決 怕冷這個問題呢?
(後來我發現8點多時,冷水池幾乎沒有人,人都擠在溫水池了)

我體脂31% ,所以肥肉夠多,但還是怕冷

目前我想到的方案
1.今天我打算啃多一點薑片再下水
2.買防寒衣
3.泳池旁放泡薑片的水
4.嘗試版友v657722的方法:"想心裡有一個火盆"
