小弟跑齡約三年
月平均量100公里
約五至八公里
速度約五分40秒
平常都是五點到六點這時段跑步
是這樣的 過往遇到夏天
小弟總會轉為夜跑
但今年小弟因為一些私事確定不能夜跑了
今天五點去操場跑步的時候
靠 根本人間地獄 小弟住在台南
這陽光讓我瞬間打了退堂鼓
現在的時間是晨跑無法
早上五點小弟真的沒辦法
過往的夜跑也沒時間了
所以只剩原時段的五點到六點
請問各位賢拜
在這段時間跑 該如何克服呢?
