我挺喜歡拉丁,但跳不好.
看老師跳很靈活,但自己,怎麼好像卡住?
有很努力跟,但還是很不一樣.
我都怕,老師看到我,會有挫折感...(ex.怎麼教不會勒?)
(不過,要是看到我更早的樣子,應該會有成就感...)
我想問啊,跳拉丁時,
身體哪裡緊?哪裡鬆?主要是哪裡出力?
我今天跳完回來,有喘,膝蓋酸,這樣OK嗎?
有其他絕竅,也告訴我吧...
真的很羨慕,會跳的人呀,
希望one day,我也能有那種fu~~

對了,我有去關山騎腳踏車...
總長12公里,多是平地或下坡,
風景美,氣候佳,推薦...
去花蓮,同學買到了大片的雷古多喔...好吃
