10月比完226就放空了...
11月+12月跑不到100K, 跑的不好理所當然...
真的有練就有 無練就無!
以下是我台北半馬的紀錄,

可以看到我的步頻沒啥掉, 都是掉步幅。
請問大家也是這樣嗎?
另外好的跑者步頻都要180,
要怎樣訓練才可以提高步頻呢?
