上一篇被嘴爆後有稍微做了些調整
今年平常訓練與賽事有挑戰PB成功了!

這個月有去跑長榮馬試試成果

也有在賽事中再次破自己PB

小小分享一下調整的部分↓
1.月跑量多2~3倍(每月平均19K→每月平均48K)

每週跑2次,平日會跑6~8K、假日會跑6~15K
賽前兩個月有各跑一次21K的練習
2.月騎乘平均100K(去年11月才開始騎自行車)

每週騎1~2次,平日騎15~30K、假日騎40~50K
這段期間有騎過兩次100K長程,但中途有休息
3.換了雙跑鞋(今年9月趁週年慶換的)

Wave Rider 25換成Novablast 3(偶爾還是會穿25跑)
換了鞋配速有變快一點,整體舒適度與回彈特別有感
4.調整跑步姿勢(今年9月調整,盡量前傾、腳尖先著地、注重腿回彈)
看了幾部Youtube學習,很多都忘了,只確定有看過Jerry的影片XD
調整初期配速沒變,但持續疲累感有降低,到10月開始習慣,越跑越快越持久
5.重訓動作調整(改全身性動作為主,最常用這器材)

每週練2次,平日練30~50分鐘
以前都用WG機械式器材練單肌群為主,現在改多關節動作為主
像是引體向上、臥推、硬舉、深蹲,不過我都舉不重就是了QQ
另外分享一下長榮馬的心得
很少參加台北的馬拉松,覺得品質很讚!分組出發、配速員、交管都好棒呀!
也佩服台北人完全不怕雨,聽說平常天氣都這樣,大家照樣練跑和辦活動= ="
起跑也沒遇過前面跑這麼快的,那時看錶好像配速是4:00~4:15了...

硬著頭皮跟了3K頗好玩,但覺得再這樣下去母湯,後面就龜自己配速了
最後的完賽禮也不錯

雖然衣服顏色有點芭比Q,但材質很好,練跑也是可以穿啦
接下來會繼續挑戰下去!
也想試試看萬金石全馬看看,希望能抽到
