工作站太久,腳很痠...怎麼辦? - 運動

我身高163,體重73在大賣場上班中午12:00~晚上11:00,總共11個小時大部份都是站著的,坐下來的時間不會超過30分鐘每天膝蓋都很痠很痠..有時蹲下來,站起來時膝蓋更是痛到無法馬上站起來回到家只想躺著讓雙腳休息,可是還是會痠....請問我該怎麼做...?原本有每天騎單車運動1個半小時,現在也不敢去騎了..
