工作久站後的運跑請教 - 路跑 Road Running

請問
因為工作關係需要久站,最近因為要參加路跑(半馬)
所以下班之後有去附近操場運動,但往往跑沒多久腳就超酸的
怎麼辦?
之前還沒換工作的時候也有在操場跑步,大約每次4-5KM,
而換工作之後 跑量剩3KM,
也不知道是不是因為工作就站的關係,還是因為太久沒有跑了(中間間隔約一個月)
