山路練習問題 - 路跑 Road Running

請問如果山路爬坡,
在同樣的爬升高度下,
例如都是1km上升50M的情況下,一共要上坡跑5km下坡跑5km,
是用a.【有點強度的配速跑一次跑完上坡再跑下坡的訓練效果好?】
還是b.【類似間歇的方式,1km上坡+1km下坡緩和,練5趟的效果好?】
當然有一些前提假設:
【跑者的心肺跟肌力沒問題,能用穩定的配速跑完a的上坡跟b的趟數沒暴】
如果是你的話,會比較傾向練那一個?
