小腿需要啥特訓才比較不會鐵腿或麻..XD - 路跑 Road Running

每次跑大概3K左右
小腿就酸的跑不下去了
不然就是腳麻像血路不通那種麻
喘的話是還好 還沒到很喘的地步
就是鐵腿跑不下去
要再走一走 才能再跑的動
不過停了再跑 整個就很沒勁了
希望能連續跑 中間不要停下來走這樣
狀況差的時候大概2k就鐵腿了
不過我只是很初級的練習者
目前大概最多只能跑到6k左右
而且也跑的很慢 XD
跑前也是有稍微拉拉筋 熱身一下
不過這個鐵腿的情況真的很討厭
跑步之餘需配合什麼特訓嗎
我的體重還蠻重的 我166 78kg XD
想靠慢跑來減肥 一週跑幾次會較恰當?
