我本身有在運動
平常打籃球3.3沒事
打5.5也沒事
但只要一遇到全場比賽時
沒打多久就會開始兩腳小腿僵硬
有點像是抽筋的前兆
跑不快
是不是肌肉裡面的氧氣不夠阿
有甚麼辦法改善嗎?
我很不想變成老鼠屎阿~~
