小腿發抖 - 路跑 Road Running

開始跑步是最近一個月
剛開始是星期一、三、五 都跑3公里
星期四、六跑去打一下籃球
我慢慢把份量加到5公里
結果上禮拜五...只跑了4公里...原因是我在跑的過程中 小腿不停的發抖
跑起來超級不穩的...感覺好像隨時都會跌倒....
這樣是因為小腿的肌力不足還是其他原因....
如果是肌力不足 是不是只要做重訓就可以好點
請版上的各位大大 不吝賜教
