小腿有肌肉才能跳更高嗎 - 籃球

我BMI 18.5~18.8之間
本身小腿沒啥肉又很細
手掌可以包住小腿跟整個腳踝
我有持續快半年每天慢跑3000 6圈是3000嗎= =
小腿還是沒肌肉..
打球突然看到有人在灌籃
突然想躍躍欲試..想練彈性
以前打球在朋友面前被酸過
他跟我說:你181還摸不到標準框,如果我有180我就能灌籃了
這句話烙印在我心裡很久了.
小腿肌肉跟彈性有關係嗎??
因為我全力跳勉強只能摸到標準框的板而已
我看可以灌籃的人小腿上肌肉都很明顯的
是因為這樣跳比較高嗎??
如果是的話要怎麼樣讓小腿長肌肉
