小小擔心我的膝蓋.. - 路跑 Road Running

跑步地點/地面:PU跑道
距離用餐時間:2~3小時
是否有做暖身?暖身時間、方式? 有,大約5分鐘(拉筋)+5分鐘(走400m)
是否有做收操?收操時間、方式?有,同暖身。
疼痛部位?請形容一下您的疼痛:
跑完時,都會試蹲一下,此時膝蓋會有"顆"一聲的感覺,但不會痛~~
跑步時,膝蓋也是有感覺,但不到痛。
因為是超新手(一個多月),有點擔心腿被我操壞掉,
所以想請問這樣的慢跑量會對身體有損嗎?
"顆"一聲是正常的嗎~~ 感謝回答
(我想成為一名瘋狂的跑者...需要一雙健康又瘋狂的腿阿~~)
