大家好.我最近開始想要慢跑.把體脂肪降下來
同時也想要鍊體力~但聽說跑太快(時速超過12不好?)會消耗到肌肉?
想請問剛開始跑應該要跑多久.多遠.速度應該要多快
我的身高.體重.體脂肪大概170.59.16左右
因為剛開始不知道要跑多遠才會有練到又不會受傷.
還請各位幫我定個菜單.謝謝
