如何增加1400m速度 - 路跑 Road Running

目標:一個半月後,1400m ,6分鐘內跑完
目前狀況:1)一般速度不限時慢跑,約跑2000m
2)1400m,速度稍快,9分多鐘跑完
3)女性,身高減體重約110,增重中
一個禮拜前測量了1400m約跑10分鐘左右
本來打算先練速度,把目標達成。但一個禮拜來,覺得成效有限(還是我太心急了?)
所以想請問各位,欲達成目標,是先練速度,還是以一般速度練距離長度?或者有其他
練習方法?
煩請各位先進提供些建議、方法,先謝謝各位大大~ ^^
