對膝蓋負擔少的心肺功能運動? - 路跑 Road Running

各位版友好
小弟我跑步非常的差
3000m 大約18分
之前為了快速增加體能 希望能在15分以內跑完
所以就練高強度的間歇
很不幸 膝蓋就受傷了(滑肌炎)
現在一提高速度膝蓋就無力 更別說衝刺
所以想請問版友 有什麼運動可提高心肺功能但比較不傷膝蓋?
麻煩各位解惑 謝謝
